By young, I mean four years old.  The boy\u2019s mother was stunned when Beverly walked over, slapped the boy in the face and told him he would end up in jail.  Then Beverly smacked him on the butt and yelled at the mother to get control of her child.<\/p>\n<p>Police were able to track Beverly down.
