The back of the shirt said, &#8220;I Am Your Server, Not Your Servant&#8221;.  Undoubtedly she had taken a lot of abuse from impatient customers and she was trying to declare her dignity.<\/p>\n<p>Should a Christian wear such a shirt?  Certainly no Christian should want to be abused, but our calling is to do more than take orders and deliver some food.  Just as Jesus wrapped himself in a towel and washed his disciples&#8217; feet, so believers should serve others even if there is no gratitude or obvious benefit.
