Many of you may not be aware of it, but when (host\u2019s name) was in high school someone wrote an unsigned a letter to Notre Dame and told them (host\u2019s name) was the best football player to come out of his home town in its history.<\/p>\n
They flew him up for an interview and told him that they had gotten a letter saying that he was some football player. He said, \u201cI don\u2019t like to brag but I do alright.\u201d<\/p>\n
They said, \u201cWe hear that you can run pretty fast. Can you run the hundred in 10 seconds?\u201d He said, \u201cThe last time I ran it I did it in 9.2 seconds.\u201d<\/p>\n
They replied, \u201cThat\u2019s unreal. We also heard that you can kick a football pretty good.\u201d He said, \u201cTo tell you the truth I can kick a football so hard that two times in the last three weeks I kicked a football so hard it just burst into pieces.\u201d<\/p>\n
The said, \u201cThat\u2019s almost unbelievable.\u201d \u201cWhat else can you do?\u201d (Host\u2019s name) said, \u201cI can throw the football 70 yards in the air with pin point accuracy. I can run the ball. I can tackle. I can block. There\u2019s not anything that I can not do on a football team!\u201d<\/p>\n
Finally the coach said, \u201cWait a minute. There\u2019s got to be a problem. I bet you\u2019re stupid and you can\u2019t make the grades necessary to stay on the team. If we give you a scholarship you\u2019ll flunk out.\u201d (Host name) said, \u201cNo, I\u2019m a straight A student. I\u2019ve been a straight A student since I was in kindergarten. I\u2019ve never made anything but straight A\u2019s on everything I\u2019ve ever done.\u201d<\/p>\n
The coach finally said, \u201cI just can\u2019t believe it. Don\u2019t you have at least one weakness? There\u2019s bound to be at least one weakness in your life.
