In a continuing Hollywood tradition that probably marks a societal trend, in January 2005 Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston announced their impending divorce in glowing terms. Their statement to the press included this sentence:
“We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love
and admiration for one another.”
I count seven positive words; God needs only three words – “I hate divorce.” (Malachi 2:16).
