A cartoon on the Op-Ed in the Baltimore Sun showed what appears to be a man in a hospital bed conversing with his doctor. The doctor says, “Here is your new patient’s bill of rights. You will receive top-of-the-line care, promptly and effectively delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner, at no cost to you or anyone else.”
To which the patient replies, “Great, what’s the catch?”
The doctor says, “You died. This is heaven.”
