Don’t Crash Your Car To Prove God Exists

A woman was traveling northbound on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross, Georgia, when she crossed into the southbound lanes and drove head-on into a utility pole. Her children, ages 5 and 7, were in the backseat.

When the police arrived, they couldn’t figure out why the car had crashed. One of the girls told an officer what happened. “Her eyes [were] closed and she was saying, ‘blah, blah, blah, I love God’,” the child said. The girl continued, “She didn’t want us to just have a car accident. She wanted us to know that God is real.”

Bahari Warren confirmed the girl’s story to officers — and was arrested on two counts of child cruelty and held on $22,000 bail.

There are probably better ways for a parent to show their children that God is real, such as living a life of compassion and morality. Share with them the stories from the Bible and pray with them about the smallest things in life. Don’t drive into a utility pole.
