How precious are the words, “He is not ashamed to call them brethren” (Heb. 2:11; Luke 8:21); “God is not ashamed to be called their God” (Heb. 11:16; John 20:17); “Let my heart be sound in Thy statutes; that I be not ashamed” (Psalm 119:80); “They shall not be ashamed that wait for Me” (Isaiah 49:23; Proverbs 8:34); “A workman that needeth not to be ashamed” (2 Timothy 2:15); “Not be ashamed before Him at His coming” (1 John 2:28).
